Bzigo Iris utilizes AI vision and algorithms to detect, track, and target mosquitoes.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use Bzigo Iris?

Yes, Bzigo transfers its detections to your smartphone using your Wi-Fi network.

Do I need a mobile device to use Bzigo Iris?

Yes. When Bzigo Iris detects a mosquito, it sends an alert to your smartphone through the app. The Bzigo app acts as a notification system. Please note that the Bzigo Iris device operates autonomously and cannot be controlled through the app.

Can I connect my Bzigo Iris to more than one mobile device?

Absolutely! You can connect your Bzigo Iris to multiple smartphones, allowing various household members to receive app alerts and notifications. This ensures that if one person is unavailable, others can take charge. Once you’ve downloaded and paired a smartphone with Bzigo Iris, you can share the app with others, enabling them to receive identical notifications.

Can I connect my smartphone to more than one Bzigo Iris?

Yes. You can connect your smartphone to multiple Bzigo Iris devices. For instance, if you have placed several devices throughout your house, you’ll receive notifications from each one on the same smartphone.

Can I connect my Bzigo Iris to my home computer?

At the moment Bzigo Iris can connect to Smartphones only.

What do the different LED colors on the Bzigo Iris indicate?

There are three modes of LED colors:

  • Green color: Indicates that your Bzigo Iris is connected to your Wi-Fi network and is functioning properly.
  • Blinking green color: Indicates that your detector is in pairing mode, awaiting that you initiate the pairing process with your smartphone.
  • Blinking red color: Indicates a Wi-Fi connectivity issue.
    It’s important to ensure that your Wi-Fi router is within range and that the credentials entered for the Wi-Fi network are correct.
Is Bzigo Iris a certified product?

Yes, Bzigo Iris is indeed a certified product. The unit has undergone rigorous testing and holds several certifications to ensure its safety and compliance with industry standards. These certifications include:

  • Safety: Bzigo Iris is certified under EN62368-1, UL62368, and GB62368 standards, ensuring that it meets stringent safety requirements.
  • EMC/EMI: The product complies with FCC Part 15B standards, indicating its adherence to electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic interference regulations. Additionally, it meets EN301489-1 and EN62479 standards for electromagnetic compatibility and emission levels.

What happens if Bzigo Iris detects more than one mosquito in the same room?

It will mark each mosquito consecutively.

Why isn’t Bzigo Iris eliminating mosquitoes?

Bzigo Iris is our initial solution in a series of anti-pest products. With Bzigo Iris, our primary focus has been locating the mosquito, which is the most challenging task in its elimination. Once spotted with our advanced computer and vision technology, mosquitoes’ slow movement makes them easy to eliminate, as opposed to other insects.

Does Bzigo Iris recognize other bugs?

The system is specifically calibrated to target mosquitoes. While there’s a slight chance it may detect other insects incidentally, its design focuses on mosquitoes.

Can I leave Bzigo Iris on all the time?

Yes, Bzigo Iris is designed to operate continuously through all light conditions including the absence of light.

Which smartphones support Bzigo Iris?

Bzigo Iris is compatible with any Android 10.0 (or newer) smartphone, as well as any iPhone running iOS version 11.0 (or newer). This ensures that a wide range of users can access and utilize the features of Bzigo Iris on their respective devices.

What are the payment methods that you accept?

We accept major credit card as well as other payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I know if my payment went through ?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive 2 notifications to the email address that you provided. One is the order confirmation, and the other is the payment receipt confirming your purchase. In the case that you do not get these notifications, or if you think that something did not go through, please contact us

What should I do if my payment is not accepted?

If your payment is not accepted, please take the following steps:

1. Double-check that you have entered all payment information correctly, including your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
2. Make sure that the billing address you provided matches the address associated with your payment method.
3. Contact your bank to confirm that there are no issues that could be preventing the transaction.
4. If none of the above solutions work, try using a different payment method. We accept all major credit cards as well as alternative payments such as PayPal and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In which countries are Bzigo products available for purchase?

International shipping is available in select countries.

Can I currently purchase your product in stores?

At the moment, Bzigo’s products are available for purchase exclusively through our website.

How can I place an order?

1. Click the “Buy Now” button at the top of the site.

 

2. Select your desired product by clicking “Get it Now”. You will then be directed to your shopping cart.
To add more products, simply return to the product selection page by clicking the “Buy Now” button again and use the “Get it Now” button.

 

3. Proceed to checkout by clicking the corresponding button.
You will then be prompted to fill in your address and payment details to finalize the purchase and provide delivery information.

Returns Information

We have a 60-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 60 calendar days after receiving your item.

Note that after 60 calendar days from your purchase, returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the original condition that you received it and with tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds; sale items are not eligible.
  • For items marked as gifts during purchase, and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the return’s value will be issued.
  • Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

When considering a refund for your purchase please note that we accept returns that were previously approved by us and that meet certain criteria as stated in our Returns Policy information (located in the returns and refunds section).

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will also notify you upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used during the purchase.

 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. It can also take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return have passed, please check your bank account and your credit card company again. If you still have not received your refund yet, then get in touch with us

Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items received defective or damaged with the same item.

 

Please initiate an exchange by contacting us with details and, if possible, pictures of the defective or damaged item,

We will review your request and upon approval, we will provide you with guidance on how to return the item for an exchange.

  • The item must be in its original condition.
