Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. Please note that after 30 calendar days from your purchase, returns will not be accepted.

Upon approval, a return shipping label and instructions on the return process will be provided to you free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also notify you upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds; sale items are not eligible.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used during the purchase.

For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. In some cases, it takes your bank more time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please check your bank account and your credit card statement again. If you still have not received your refund, then please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items received defective or damaged with the same item.
Please initiate an exchange by writing to us with details and, if possible, photos of the defective or damaged item.

We will review your request and upon approval, we will provide you with guidance on how to return the item for an exchange.
